Authorized franchise partners may receive an official subdomain website created under the ONTU Education domain.
The website remains the exclusive property of ONTU Education Pvt. Ltd.
Franchise partners receive only the right to use the website during the validity of their authorization.
The website, software, database, source code, designs, content, branding, student records, and digital resources shall remain the intellectual property of ONTU Education Pvt. Ltd.
Franchise partners shall not copy, duplicate, sell, transfer, lease, modify, reverse engineer, misuse, or claim ownership of any digital resources provided by the Company.

All student admission records submitted through any authorized ONTU Education website or franchise website are maintained through the official ONTU Education system.
